I read about your (Nate Gordon's) ideas about lightsabres. Now if you read the book "The Science of Star Wars" it says lightsabers are possible to make. The only problem is you need to have the power of the sun to even power the thing and the control of length would be almost impossible but tests ate apparently being on some light controlling theory.

But to answer your statements. Light sabres do have balance. Plasma is an atomic structure of light which actually has a weight. Not much of one but it does all the same.

Lightsabers would be incredibly dangerous....... hmmmm.. do you think? Sounds like you should start at something safer like a light-can opener.

Lightsabers wouldn't have color? Why wouldn't it if you were using some kind of crystal that was used to focus light energy. Pink quartz is a very poor example because it's just used for decorative jewelry or Snoop Doggs rynstone jackets.

Batteries? You can't use a duracel on those things you need a nuclear power. A mini atom splitter.

Ok so I'm a nerd, so what.
